Kennedy Something

-bits from the work(s)

"Out of the love-time blue, we intertwined in our mad love, roots to limbs, frantic bark to lonely greens, and what we saw, at the top, we knew we would never see again. And right then I've never been more in love with the idea of us."

"Highway countryside, half-broken, half-built homes and a deep nostalgic feeling, overwhelming your senses and your sense of worth, something you can't ever shake. Our nervous, predisposed transam- childish, so childish- yet the one concrete resussitation of our sighing souls. We were children ourselves, but this qwest wasn't about grasping fruitlessly at our fingerpainted-splattered ghosts, it wasn't about anything. There was no point, and that was the whole point: the big picture, the five-fingered turkey we mastered in our see-saw days, the snowy television life most of us would fall un-blindly adrift in. However, this path was clear: littered with contagious, pay phone smiles and an enigmatic stretch of secret wonders we could not yet comprehend. But we sure as hell tried."
